Through dynamic workshops, speaker sessions, and intentional networking opportunities, the program equips emerging leaders with meaningful insights, practical skills, and access to influencers shaping our marketplace and neighborhoods.

We engage, educate, and empower young professionals and entrepreneurs by connecting them with dynamic mentors, offering educational and skill-building workshops and speaker lunches, and creating opportunities for strategic networking.

MRA Member Cost $250 | Non-Member Cost $500

Participants from non-member companies that become MRA members within 90 days of registration will be refunded $250.
