In late May the Midtown Community was treated to a new banner welcoming them from atop the telephone poles on St. Albans, Six Forks and Wake Forest Roads. The design was compliments of Heath Hilliker, winner of the 2019 Midtown Banner Art Contest, presented by Capital Bank and the MRA.
